We all know that Biden’s vaccine mandate is total crap. How can he simply mandate that everyone gets a jab, regardless of whether people have health concerns about it or not? The mandates are of particular importance to anyone who works for a company that employs 100 or more people. It can leave many people without a job. And, in today’s economy where many would rather sit at home and collect welfare than work 40 hours, we simply can’t afford to lose any more of the workforce.
Finally, there’s a ruling that’s going to set the Biden administration straight.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit has temporarily halted the rule that requires employers with 100+ employees to mandate either the vaccine or weekly testing.
The ruling is in response to a lawsuit that was filed by several state attorneys general.
The mandate was going to be enforced via the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and would go into effect on January 4.
The court wrote, “Because the petitions give cause to believe there are grave statutory and constitutional issues with the Mandate, the Mandate is hereby stayed pending further action by this court.”
There are most certainly constitutional issues with the mandate because it takes away the freedoms that Americans inherently have in this country. People should get to choose whether they get jabbed or not. And for anyone who has experienced dramatic and negative side effects, they wish that they had stood up to authorities and simply refused the jab.
The OSHA rules are starting to get a little out of hand. Not only do they want companies to mandate vaccines, but they also want to start with a mask requirement. Only, the ridiculousness is highlighted when they say that they want unvaccinated workers to wear masks starting December 5. Why then? Why not right now if they’re such a danger? And, why should they have to wear a mask if everyone else is vaccinated? Wouldn’t vaccinations protect everyone?
The whole thing is out of control.
Healthy people generally recover from COVID. Just as healthy people generally recover from the flu, pneumonia, and other health concerns that float around the U.S. on a regular basis.
A mask isn’t going to offer protection. A vaccine should not be mandated. And, the vaccine hasn’t even proven to provide sufficient protection, especially against the newest strains.
The Biden administration has to stop mandating things that go against our constitutional rights. This has nothing to do with protecting us from a deadly virus. It’s all about compliance. And, it’s about destroying the workforce without openly saying that they’re trying to destroy the workforce.
If they can get enough people to quit, it will lead to more people becoming dependent on government benefits. Then, socialism enters – and it will be too late to turn back.
We have to be careful about what’s happening.
It’s why the move made by the 5th Circuit court is so critical. There’s finally some common sense coming into play.
Of course, there are plenty who plan on fighting the ruling.
Solicitor of Labor Seema Nanda explained that “The U.S. Department of Labor is confident in its legal authority to issue the emergency temporary standard on vaccination and testing. The Occupational Safety and Health Act explicitly gives OSHA the authority to act quickly in an emergency where the agency finds that workers are subjected to a grave danger and a new standard is necessary to protect them.”
But…what grave danger are people in? Especially if they’ve had COVID, they have the antibodies. But…we’re not dealing with people who want to pay attention to the science. Comply or else.
Let’s hope that the 5th Circuit’s ruling sticks.
