The liberals want everyone to believe that the coronavirus is fresh in the United States and that there is a long way to go before it is gone. They instill fear in people through their fake news stories so they can control people.
A new study that has finally come out is spelling out a different reality. One that has the Democrats scratching their heads in disbelief. The study shows that there were a lot more cases that swept through the land before the lockdowns were put into place.
The virus has been around for longer than most people want to admit. Some believe that it has been in the country since the start of the year. But until testing became available there was not any way to detect it.
In Los Angeles County alone, it is thought that there were 200,000 cases by early April. This number proves that the virus has been around longer than first thought. The report has the Democrats worried. They know that President Trump is right about the nation being on the downside of the outbreak.
Many of the people that had it and did not have major issues beat the virus on their own. They thought it was a cold and went on with life as nothing happened. The report verified that of those that were part of the study 4.1 percent had antibodies in their system.
This means they had the virus and their immune system took care of the rest. There was past exposure. The Democrats want people to believe that the threat is worse than it looks and that people must stay indoors until a vaccine is found.
Democrats are about control. If they can get people to stay inside long enough, then they can destroy the economy. This would give them political leverage to use against the president in the coming election.
It is nothing more than a game with the Democrats. They want to drag out the infection as long as possible because they have nothing else to fight and complain about.
The study points out that based on the percentage that 221,000 to 442,000 people have already been through the sickness. It was nothing more than another variation of the cold to most of them.
And during the time of untested infection, the hospitals were not overrun or crowded. Neeraj Sood is the lead investigator and states that “We haven’t known the true extent of COVID-19 infections in our community because we have only tested people with symptoms, and the availability of tests has been limited. The estimates also suggest that we might have to recalibrate disease prediction models and rethink public health strategies.”
Barbara Ferrer is the director of the L.A. County Department of Public Health. She stated the obvious when she points out that the majority of the population had the virus and never knew it. She also complained that they passed it on to other people.
Her thoughts do not make any sense and should not alarm people. Every year, millions of people infect others with the cold and the flu and there is never an outcry like the one Ferrer passes along.
The great news about the study is that given the high numbers of people infected and have gotten better only means the death rate is extremely low for the virus. The Democrats hate this point because they push for a high mortality rate so they can scare people.
They are the ones right now pushing for expanded testing. They believe that they will see more deaths and infections as a result of the testing. But what they are finding out is the exact opposite.
Paul Simon is another that works with the Department of Public Health for the county and he stated that “Though the results indicate a lower risk of death among those with infection than was previously thought, the number of COVID-related deaths each day continues to mount, highlighting the need for continued vigorous prevention and control efforts.”
Again, he states the obvious. This is true of any viral infection. People just need to wash their hands and stay home when they are sick. These posters are put up every flu season to remind people of the need not to infect others. The liberals need to bow out and let President Trump handle the details of putting the country back together.
